ISEE 2016 Registration Information

The Registration fee to the ISEE2016 Conference varies according to the date of payment of registration, category type and the country of residence.

ISEE 2016 conference registration fees include:

  • Attendance to conference sessions
  • Welcome Reception – Thursday evening
  • ISEE Conference Dinner – Saturday evening
  • Lunches
  • Refreshment Breaks

Vegetarian and gluten-free options will be catered for during lunch, coffee breaks and ISEE Conference dinner.

§ 10 euro will be added for commission charges.

Member rates are available to current  ISEE, AIE (Italian Association of Epidemiology) or ISDE (Associazione Medici per l’Ambiente) members.
Before registering for the conference, attendees may
join ISEE or renew their ISEE membership online.

If your ISEE membership has expired or expires anytime between now and the end of December, we encourage you to renew now. ISEE membership includes a one year subscription to the journal “Epidemiology”.

The Conference Organizer is checking the membership list to confirm eligibility. Registration confirmation will be delayed if you are not a member.

Non-members rates are available for persons who are not current members of ISEE, AIE or ISDE.

Developing Country reduced rates are available to members currently residing in developing countries as classified by the World Bank as “Low income,” “Lower Middle Income,” or “Upper Middle Income” in the  World Development Report.

Students rates are available to full-time, currently enrolled students (please bring student ID to the Conference to collect Registration pack).
